Shipping & Policies

  Orders

Every item is designed and embroidered in-house at Monogram Goods with care and individuality. Please allow up to 3 weeks from date of purchase for your order to be shipped. If you need to make other arrangements, please email us ASAP at info@monogramgoods.com.

Your time is important to us and we do our very best to get your order to you in the time that is desired. If you need your order at an earlier time, rush fees may apply. If there are delays or complications with an order you will be contacted immediately. 

Shipping

All of our orders are shipped via USPS from our store in Harbor Springs, Michigan and/or our secondary location in Naples, Florida. You will receive tracking information once your order is complete and shipped out. Although we can not guarantee delivery dates once your order leaves Monogram Goods, approximate shipping time is between 3-5 days on orders within the U.S. and Canada.

Returns

Your Monogram Goods item is customized just for you and therefore can not be returned. Please take care to proof read all customizations added to our items as all sales on monogrammed, bespoke and sale items are final.

Return of non-personalized or non-custom items must be returned back to us in like-new condition, tags attached within TWO weeks of receipt of your order. No exceptions. No refund shall be given on shipping charges.

Items On Sale

All sale items are final sales.
